After considering how I could start to structure my ideas more, I have come up with some new designs. The centre dome of the city would be connected to a number of wide tunnels that are raised above the city, these tunnels would be used for the transport of the city. There are still some design choices to be taken further and this is only a template of the main city structure without other buildings.
